Again, the tribes were told before the challenge began: "If she IS one of the 3 lowest scores for Drake but beats at least 3 Morgan members anyway, she will get the penalty vote if Drake loses, and will get individual Immunity if Morgan loses, but not both."

With K.J.'s original score and with Morgan will be going to Tribal Council, K.J. would get individual Immunity for beating at least 3 of their scores... Even with her new score, she STILL beats 3 Morgan members, even though she is still the lowest score on Drake. Her status has not changed.
