Opening Statements

Here's what the Final Two has to say to the Jury:

K.J., you go first.

"Hello everyone! I feel honored to be here in the F2 of this game. I have truly enjoyed this game. I know that everyone of you sitting there would rather be sitting here at this point of the game. I totally get that. I have been on the jury myself many times myself. I hope that you will take a look at how I played the game and see that I did have a strategy, I had alliances, I was sociable, I won challenges and I never gave up, no matter what. I respect each and every one of you for what you brought to the game. Some of you I got to know better than others, but I respect each of you for your commitment and determination to get as far as you could in this game. I look forward to your questions! KJ"

Brentin, you look like you have a lot to say. It's your turn.

"Hi guy's. I came into this game with one strategy only and that was pretty much do whatever it takes to win. As soon as the game started I quickly found out that a lot of other people knew each other from past games or other encounters. I didn't know anyone so I immediately scrambled for an alliance. I found out that Johnny also did not know anyone and we formed a strong bond and alliance on day 1. I knew that Johnny was pretty much the "unspoken leader" of the Morgan tribe. So myself having an alliance with him, I would always know whats going on and pretty much be safe within the tribe. Also I knew that come merge time if we were down in numbers Johnny would ultimately be voted off before me because he was the bigger threat. I then made an early alliance with Jessie and then again one with Nicolas. Up until the Final 4 I always knew I was safe, I was never a target going into Tribal Council because I managed to work my way into a swell spot in the game. Unlike KJ who was suppose to be voted off in the 4th round. As soon as we lost Immunity we were going to get rid of her because she was hardly ever online and was not trustworthy. But luckily for her she got kidnapped by Drake and was saved. Then when we lost again she had Immunity. She was then saved again, not by herself but the rest of the Morgans because we had numbers over the Drakes which got her to the Final 6. She then won Immunity, getting herself to the Final 4 and then again she was going to be voted off but she was not saved on her own terms (because she didn't know she was going) but by me. Ultimately she won the Final Immunity challenge getting her to the Final 2. My point is that I feel that KJ has pretty much been lucked into the Finals. She never saved herself (except for winning immunity) but was saved by either myself or other players. Unlike me I always knew what was going on and I always knew that I had to plan for the future of myself continuing in this game. When we got to Merge I decided to continue with the Mogan's because I had secured myself in the tribe and didn't really need to switch. Earl was the strongest Drake left and was the 1st to go. At this time I had wanted to get rid of Johnny but strategy wise it was wiser for me to keep him in and he had also won immunity. At Final 9, Nicolas came to me saying that he wanted to keep Jeffery in the game longer than even some Morgan's. We had planned to get rid of Devyn that round but I knew that Nicolas having another ally in this game was dangerous for me. So then I and my alliance quickly turned the votes around on Jeffery which concluded his exit. And then followed Devyn. At Final 7 both Johnny and I (since we were pretty tight) decided that Nic was to big of a threat to take to the Final 3 and that we would get rid of Austin and then Nic at Final 6. Also I knew that Nic was controlling Wendy's vote. Johnny had lost Immunity and going on for the 4th round now that I wanted to get rid of him. I could have easily went to Nic and said "Hey, Johnny wants you out lets take him out this round" Austin, I know, would have easily jumped on board and Nic could have got Wendy, and Johnny would have been done. I decided against this because if Johnny was to leave that round I would still have Austin, who was a major Final 2 threat and Nic who also was a major challenge threat. So I thought if I could keep Johnny till Final 5 I could use him to take out both Nic and Austin leaving me with just 1 threat as oppose to 2. This happened and we ended up in the Final 4. That round I knew that Johnny had to leave because I knew he would most likely win Immunity in the Final 3 and if the Jury was smart he would win the game. I went to KJ and told her that Johnny wanted to take her out. She jumped aboard and I won Immunity. And NO KJ did not convince me to give up Immunity to her, I made the decision because I knew that if Jessie did not vote with us than she would make her 2nd vote for Johnny. What I didn't know (And I believe that this was my only mistake) was that Jessie thought you had to make your 2nd vote for the person who had Immunity. Though this is not the case, it ended up being a tie between myself and Johnny. I worked my ass off to beat Johnny in that challenge, like you don't even know. To actually beat the challenge king was actually a pretty big accomplishment for me lol. I won and Johnny left. At Final 3 I had a Final 2 deal with both Jessie and KJ so I felt confident that out of the 3 of us I would be going to the Final 2. If I would have won I would have taken Jessie. But I didn't win and KJ took me to the Final 2 because I made that deal with her. So After all of this the point I'm trying to make it that I feel I played a stronger, more strategic game than KJ did. Yes I lied, I backstabbed, I made promises which I broke but that's game play. I'm sorry for the long statement but I want you all to have a solid base on who you should vote for. After all this I feel I deserve the right to be looked at a strategic standpoint. Yes, I know at times I was under the radar, but I know that I'm a smart person and that I would play this game with my head and not my heart. I made myself come off as the "Happy, Nice little kid" because I knew it would take me far. I played more reserved because I knew if I came out as a smart strategical player than I would become a threat and it could have been Johnny turning on me rather than myself turning on Johnny. I ask you not to vote with your emotions because I feel that it is not fair. Yes, emotones come into this game and yes people feel hurt when they are betrayed but this game is not based on the survival of if you are happy and nice or not, it is the survival of the smart. And at the end of the game not being compared to anyone who has been voted off, but compared to KJ that I feel have played a better game. I did not ride coattails. I feel I outwitted, outplayed and hopefully outlasted better than KJ did."
